When calling our Careline, please ensure you have the following:

1. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which can be found on your Vehicle Registration Card or windscreen. Alternatively via your in-cabin Infotainment System (Settings > Vehicle > Service information) or Vehicle registration number

Your digital concierge for roadside assistance. The mobile application enables a secure one-touch request for support, connecting you to our dedicated Roadside Assistance call centre team.


The application also enables information such as your vehicle location to be shared and gives you the capability to live track the journey and duration of the recovery team until they arrive at your location.

Using the B-call button

Next to your rearview mirror, you will find an overhead console with 2 buttons – one for the SOS Emergency Call and one for the Optimized Land Rover Assistance buttons.


The Assistance request can be initiated by pressing the button located on the left side of the overhead console.


This will connect you directly to our dedicated Roadside Assistance call centre team and information such as vehicle location and health will be sent during the event of vehicle breakdown.
